We call it the Sand Dollar Villa, this beauty offers the BEST in convenience and amenities: its ground floor location means you park at the door and there are no stairs or slow elevators to contend with. Located in the golf course section of the resort, our 500 building’s proximity to the resort’s pedestrian bridge means you are mere steps (or a free tram ride) from the sand and lagoon pool yet far enough away to enjoy PEACE AND QUIET.

The luxurious Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort in Panama City Beach’s ONLY full-service resort. Just over the resort pedestrian bridge, you’ll find a full restaurant, tiki bar, lagoon pool, kids splash area, Paradise Pizza, Starbucks and more. Just outside the gates of the resort is a multitude of additional walk-to restaurants–everything from NY style pizza to a high-end seafood establishment, an oyster bar, a Cajun cafe, Mexican restaurant, bagel shop, and even a Subway and Waffle House.

There is plenty of living space with ample comfortable seating, a dining area, and a stylish bar. A 52” TV adorns the wall with HD service, there is a DVD player with DVDs for your enjoyment, and the covered patio has a lounger plus table and chairs overlooking a gorgeous water feature on the golf course. The full-size kitchen is fully equipped with upgraded appliances, cookware, new dishes and utensils as well as a blender, toaster, crockpot and Keurig duo coffee pot (make a full pot or just an individual cup) for use during your stay. We even included a book of our favorite beach recipes. Also for your convenience: a private washer/dryer.

The large master bedroom features a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, patio access, separate vanity and bathroom, and a huge walk-in closet.

The guest bedroom features a queen-size bed and a full-size bed, flat-screen TV, and access to the 2nd full bathroom.

A new, queen sleeper sofa has been equipped with a new, high-quality, memory-foam mattress that is super comfortable (really!).

Outside the patio is green space where kids can stretch their legs and check out the many turtles in the pond (after golfing hours). From here, you can see you are just steps to the Resort’s pedestrian bridge that leads to the beach, lagoon pool and more.

A seasonally heated pool is located just steps from our front door, and the Resort’s convention center and clubhouse are right across the street.

This golf villa will comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests—it’s the perfect spot to be near all you want yet get away when ready.

We take cleanliness seriously–always have but now more than ever. We meticulously clean frequently-touched surfaces with CDC-approved cleaners. All linens and towels are professionally laundered between all guest stays. Our floors are triple cleaned: swept, vacuumed and mopped. We value our guests; their health and safety is a priority.
